The license
Mountoon Focus is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That is the agreement that governs your use of the app.
What is free and what is paid
- The app is free to download and free to use. There are no ads.
- Lumi and Ollie are free and stay free. You can run every timer you like with either of them, for as long as you like.
- The lifetime unlock is the one purchase in the app. It adds the other four friends — Momo, Niko, Pippa and Bubbles — and everything we add to Mountoon Focus afterwards.
- It works with Family Sharing.
- The App Store shows the current price in your own currency on the purchase sheet, before you confirm anything. No price is written into the app; it always shows what the App Store says today.
It is paid for once
- The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and it does not expire.
- Mountoon Focus has no subscription. Nothing in it bills you again, and there is nothing to cancel.
- There is no currency, no shop, no consumable and no extra priced on top of the unlock.
- This page is about Mountoon Focus only. Our other apps are sold separately, and each has its own terms and its own pricing.
Nothing useful is behind the purchase
The timer itself, the Lock Screen timer, the Home Screen widget, Siri and Shortcuts, and the lights your minutes earn are all part of the free app. What the lifetime unlock changes is who sits beside you while you work.
Refunds
All App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see, change or refund a purchase, because we never see it: Apple handles the whole transaction.
What the app is, and is not
Mountoon Focus is a timer that keeps you company. It is not a health or medical product, it is not treatment or advice, and it makes no claim about your attention, your health or how much you get done. It counts the minutes you asked it to count.
Privacy
Mountoon Focus collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. Details: privacy policy.
